Vendor Booth Information
The show is open for new vendors. If you are interested, please email us!.
Each booth consists of:
- Booths: (1) 8’ 32” Table skirted with cloth drapes and topped with white plastic
- (1) 6’ x 30” Back table skirted
- (2) Folding Chairs (on request)
- Three (3) Participant Passes per booth per session.

Restaurant Information
The event will feature a limited number of area restaurants. We would like each restaurant to select one or two of their unique specialty items, and serve/sell a sample portion. This will enable our guests to be able to try several dishes, and allow the restaurants to get the attention of more guests.
Permit Information
If you will be sampling/selling any food items, you must have the appropriate health permit. You will also need to have a copy of your sales tax certificate on file with us and on display at your booth if you are conducting any sales.
Insurance Information
You are required to provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of $300,000 per occurrence and name Lilly Broadcasting LLC, Lilly Broadcast Holding LLC, and Buffalo Niagara Convention Center as additional insured. |

Miscellaneous Information
- The Buffalo Niagara Convention Center has several carts/dollies available for your use, however it’s always a good idea to bring your own if possible.
- There is an enclosed and covered loading dock, with roller lift gates and elevator to the event location.
- There is an ATM on site.
- All vendors are responsible for discarding their own glass and trash. Dumpsters will be provided by the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center and located in the loading dock area. Arena back entrance.
VENDORS: YOU CAN ONLY USE WINE CLAIM CHECKS PROVIDED BY THE EVENT COORDINATOR OF Buffalo Wine Festival…..NO OTHER WINE CLAIM CHECKS WILL BE HONORED AT THE EVENT…. AND PLEASE DO NOT SHARE WINE CLAIM CHECKS WITH OTHER WINERIES……EVERYONE IS ASSIGNED THEIR OWN NUMBERS.
